Yes, I only offer telehealth.

Yes, I do. I accept Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare.
What is the free initial phone consultation?
It’s a conversation by phone or video conference that gives you a chance to ask questions and see if we’ll be a good fit for therapy.
How do I make an appointment?
You can call, email, or go directly to my scheduler to schedule your free 15-minute consultation.
What age range do you work with?
I work with adults (18 to 65).
What can I expect in the first session?
In the first session, I’ll gather a lot of information from you. We’ll collaboratively outline the direction you’d like to go in therapy.
How long will I be in therapy?
The duration of therapy varies greatly depending on several factors, including the nature of the issues being addressed, the goals of therapy, the therapeutic approach, and individual progress.
How do you work with clients?
I keep the therapy professional yet authentic.
Have you been in therapy yourself?
Of course! I have benefited tremendously from therapy at different times in my life.
What are your dogs’ names?
I have two: Smokey and Abby. Smokey is a Great Pyrenees mix (and old one!). Abby “Woo Woo” is a vocal, energetic puppy (also a Great Pyrenees mix).
What are your cats’ names?
Boots and Khloe. Boots is small and sassy and enjoys being a protagonist. Khloe is a plumb calico cat who snores in her sleep and enjoys snacking throughout the day.
Can I curse in therapy?
Of course. You’re here to be human, so let’s be human.
Can I do therapy from my closet?
Yes, I have seen many clients from their computer screens inside their closets (often hiding from their kids).
Can I do therapy from my car on my lunch break?
Sure! Sometimes, edging out time during the workday is the only way you can squeeze in therapy.
